Instructions for completing the application process:

Complete the APPLICATION in full

Pay $25 dollar application fee

• The application fee covers our cost to do a background check and credit check on each applicant
• We accept cash, money orders, or personal checks only
• No application will be processed unless it is accompanied with a $25 dollar application fee.
  

Turn in application

• You can fax it to: 912-925-7381
• You can mail it to: C/O Application, Carriage House Apts, 125-Tibet ave, suite 201-B, Savannah, GA 31406
• You can hand deliver it when you come to see the apartment

Please note:

• We do not rent our apartments "sight unseen". All applicants must physically see the apartment they are renting before they sign a lease.
• Carriage House Apartments is a member of the National Apartment Association and Fair Housing Community.
